Approach to Client Service
DMG’s clients tend to be companies that have not yet found the right personnel to fill open positions in their accounting or treasury departments, or those whose needs are such that it is not cost-effective to hire the staff needed to perform the necessary financial work (e.g., a special project). In the first instance, DMG will work with you to meet your immediate needs, and, if desired, will provide assistance in transitioning the work from outside consultants to in-house staff. In the second case, DMG’s professionals will manage the project and, using both DMG and client personnel so that a transfer of knowledge occurs, perform the work necessary to bring the project to closure.
